Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Processing takes 1 - 3 business days. Shipping to Michigan normally takes one business day. Orders shipped to either coast normally takes 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS. 

We do not accept P.O. Boxes. 

Tracking numbers are sent to the email you provided with your order. Remember to check your spam box.

 Customers may contact Octopot directly to request a shipping quote and place an order. Please email your shipping address, phone number, list of products you want to order with exact quantities to Sales@Octopot.com.
